Questions buyers ask
Who is this for?
B2B buyers who source physical products or components in Europe: manufacturers, brands, wholesalers and distributors, mainly in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Typical situations: an existing supplier is too expensive, too slow or too inflexible on quantities, or there is no second source.
What does it cost?
The initial assessment is free. If we take on a project, we agree the fee before any work starts: either a sourcing fee or a success-based fee on the order, depending on the project. There is no subscription and nothing is charged for a request we cannot handle.
Do you reveal which manufacturers are quoting?
Yes, at the sample stage. Offers are first presented anonymised, with country, capability, capacity, certifications, price, MOQ and lead time. Once you decide to proceed to samples, you deal with the manufacturer by name, with our coordination throughout.
Are there minimum order sizes?
Minimums are set by each manufacturer and stated in every offer. As a rule the model works for recurring B2B volumes rather than single small runs. If your quantities are below what a manufacturer will accept, we tell you early rather than after weeks of back and forth.
Which countries do you cover?
We source inside Europe, strongest in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans, where our local sourcing partner works on site. Other European countries case by case. We deliver worldwide.
How long does a quote take?
Within one business day you hear whether we can take the request. The time to comparable offers depends on the product and on how complete the specification is; we agree a target date with you when we confirm the scope.
Who is this not for?
One-off consumer purchases. Products that require regulated certification we cannot yet verify ourselves, for example food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or medical devices. Requests that are only about the lowest possible price regardless of quality or reliability.
Which languages do you work in?
English and German with buyers. Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian with manufacturers in the region, so nothing is lost between your specification and the factory floor.
